I worked in Wipro BPO New Delhi for a good 8 months period the Initial 30-45 days were fine when we were in process and process training but soon after that my nightmare started. They will make you work for another four weeks and when I say work here they will literally make every second count without giving you any incentives at all for the first 4 weeks.
The OJT’s duration is completely dependent on these cruel, wicked managers so that they can save company’s money by any means, You work there for 8 and 1/2 hours and what they pay you at the end of that really tiring shift is the least in the industry which is Rs.10461 for a graduate.
This company is full of hypocrites right from the top to the bottom.Moreover managers can extend your shifts without even asking you as they have the right to register you for cab pickups and drops. There is piece of advice for everyone who is reading this never join this company.
